Terms of service

SOULX is a government-registered private Marriage Solution operated from Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. These terms govern your use of our website, our registration form, and any Marriage Solution services we provide.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally free to marry. You must provide accurate information about yourself. We may decline or remove any profile we believe to be inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate — with or without explanation.

• We review each profile personally. Registration is not a guarantee of any introduction.
• Introductions are made privately by our team, only after both sides have separately expressed interest.
• Any decision to meet, continue, or end conversations is entirely yours and your family's. SOULX coordinates; SOULX does not decide.

SOULX is a paid service. Registration captures your profile; the work — verification, curation, introductions and ongoing support — is delivered against a private engagement fee. Fees are discussed and confirmed in writing before any paid work begins.

• Keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you.
• Treat every family we introduce with respect and confidentiality.
• Do not share another family's details, photos, or identity with anyone outside your own household without their consent.

Matchmaking is a human process. We cannot guarantee a match, a timeline, or a specific outcome. We commit to acting honestly, discreetly, and in your interest — nothing beyond that is within anyone's reasonable power to promise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOULX is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in respect of any direct loss is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may ask us to pause or remove your profile at any time. We may also end our service to you if these terms are breached — we will explain our reasons, in writing, whenever we can.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
