This policy explains what information SOULX collects when you register a profile or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the SOULX website and to any introductions our Marriage Solution arranges on your behalf. SOULX is a government-registered private Marriage Solution operated from Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

• The profile details you submit through our registration form — name, date of birth, height, location (Pakistan or overseas, plus city / region), fiqa and caste, marital status, education, profession, income range, household details, and contact details (mobile number and email).
• Your mobile number, which we verify with a one-time code before registration completes.
• Any messages you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) used to keep the site secure and diagnose errors.

• Only our Marriage Solution team sees your profile. Your details are never published, never browsable, and never shared with any third-party advertiser or data broker.
• We share relevant details with another family only after we have spoken with you, and only if both sides have privately expressed interest.
• We contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email about your registration and any introductions we think may be relevant.
• We may use aggregated, non-identifying statistics (e.g. total profiles in a city) to improve how we work. Nothing that identifies you is included.

Profile details are stored in private, access-controlled records. Photos are stored in a restricted vault visible only to our SOULX team. Some infrastructure is provided by Google (Cloud, Workspace) and Firebase, who process data on our behalf under their standard terms.

We retain your profile while you are an active member and for up to 24 months afterwards, in case you return. You may ask us to delete your records at any time by emailing info@soulx.pk — we will confirm within seven working days.

• Ask to see a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your profile and all associated data.
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you — though this will pause any active introductions.

SOULX is only for adults of marriageable age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and will delete any profile found to be submitted by a minor.

We will update this page if our practices change. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified to active members by email or WhatsApp.
